Ran today with the thought that if it hurt, I'd stop and walk it home. The pain abated again so I continued on. It wasn't anything fancy plus I've been feeling less than my best so it was just good to get outside. Regardless, I feel like I am back on the mend and maybe this year I might race but right now it isn't really looking good.
